Behind New Fish Market, Ambalal Green City, near the Town Campus of CMC — inaugurated on 30 January 2016. The Director stays here and offers spiritual leadership and counselling across all our campuses.

Mar Thoma Fellowship and Guidance Home, Ranipet
Behind Ratnagiri Temple, about 1.5 km from the CMC Ranipet campus. As CMC extends its work through new super-speciality departments at Kanikapuram, the Diocese has purchased 1.58 acres to build a permanent Phase III home close by; in the meantime, a leased building with 22 rooms was dedicated to the public by the Diocesan Bishop on 1st February 2026.
